01. Who will be photographing our Wedding?

Nicky carries out all wedding photography.. You will have her utmost attention on your wedding day as she only photographs one wedding per day. If you have booked our platinum package then Nicky will be joined by her Husband who is also a trained photographer and cameraman

02. What happens if Nicky is ill on the day of our wedding?

Only in extreme circumstances will Nicky resort to another photographer attending your wedding. In these cases her Husband will attend on her behalf to ensure that your Wedding is still photographed to a professional standard.

03. What happens if we want to cancel our booking?

The first thing we require is a letter / email confirming that the booking is to be cancelled. The £100 booking deposit is non-refundable. Any monies paid over the £100 will be returned to the client within 14 days of receiving the cancellation letter.

04. Can we change the date of our booking?

Yes, subject to availability. To transfer your booking we require written confirmation and a non-refundable transfer fee of £50 to cover administration costs.

05. How long does the photo session last on the day?

It really depends on the level of coverage you require. Generally, Nicky will require approx. 1.5 hours at the reception to take the necessary pictures. Factors such as weather and location sometimes effect the overall timings.

06. How long before we see the pictures after the wedding?

Your proof books will be ready to collect approx. 3 weeks after your wedding. You take this home with you to make the final selection for your finished album and any orders are normally completed within 3 weeks of you returning the previews.

07. Can we have any Black and White pictures?

Yes. Nicky shoots all wedding photographs in colour, You can then make the decision to have them printed black and white for your finished album. There is no extra charge for this service.

08. What happens after we have booked our photography with Nicky?

You will receive a confirmation letter within a few days of making the booking. After that, Nicky will be in touch to arrange a meeting to discuss the finer details of your wedding and finalise times and the type of photographs that you require, or more importantly, the photographs you don't want!

09. Can our families or we buy extra pictures from the wedding?

Yes. We offer lots of extras inclduing albums for parents and the option to have your photos put on to DVD
